Studio2828 is a transformed, refurbished 18th-Century multi-room eclectic home, with spacious grounds and a large seasonal garden, all of
which features many fabulous visual settings. Some of our favorite attributes are the outdoor shower with hot 'n cold running water, a tire swing,
vintage sled tree-swing, Parisian, Italian, Western and urban sets, abundant flowers and foliage, peaceful walking paths, and much, much more. Our session fees start at $225.00 for a professional headshot and social media portrait. This is a in studio appointment held at Studio2828.
For off-site sessions, a pre-session site visit is required, additional fees apply.

This is an approximated 30-minute session** for the client who knows what they want --
could be a headshot, portrait session, a short holiday-card session, an anniversary gift,
engagement announcement, or even for a birthday celebration. Whatever you need,
we're on it! and are skilled at capturing the moment efficiently and magically.
(Keep in mind, groups of over four individuals will incur
additional session fees, as we'll need more time.)
This indoor studio session includes:
• One outfit, one setting, one mood, and a minimum of 35-45 images or more
• One 11x14 Fine Art Canvas
• A private post-session consultation to view the images.

This is a two-part session approximately 45-minutes each** for the first year of your child's life --
This could be the newborn stage or when those first steps occur. Any of those first 12 months are adorable.

This in-studio session includes:
• One 11x14 Fine Art Canvas of each session
• A private post-session consultation to view the images.

The base price for the Panoramic includes three groups of up to five persons each
Additional groups and their own respective session for the Panoramic can be added for an additional fee of $195/group
Groups do not need to be photographed at the same time nor on the same day
Panoramic sessions are photographed on the same background, one outfit.

This is an approximated 40-minute session** FreshFaces by T sessions are for ages 12 - 21.
(If under 18 must be have release form signed by parent/guardian).
WE are all about SEEING and REVEALING a teen's personal brand of self-confidence, from the inside out.
Photography, applied with this intention in mind, can be used an amazing tool for building positive self-esteem
and a reinforced sense of self. This kind of confidence starts right now, in the tween and teen years. A fashion
beauty stylist will be on-hand during the entire session to assist your teen/tween.
This at-studio session includes:
•Two outfits, Two settings, Two moods, and a minimum of 45-55 images or more;
• One 11x14 Fine Art Canvas, as well as the same image as digital JPGs (3x2, 300dpi) (includes Fotos by T logo)
for use on social media or SmartPhones
• A private post-session consultation to view the images.
"SWEET 16 (or any age) FOTO PARTIES"
Ask us about our super fun Foto-Parties. A birthday party or any GREAT gal-pal celebration you might have in mind!
Invite five to 14 gals to come to Studio2828 for a day of Teen-Tween glamour and dress-up fun -- and a foto session
is included for each attendee. The gals are free to dig through our prop stash (or bring their own) and let loose. Inevitably,
silliness reigns. The girls are usually cracking up and having a good time, which makes the images that much better.
Each gal is photographed in two different looks/settings. The hostess/organizer earns a complimentary session for herself as our
thanks for inviting her friends, and she can also earn an 8x12" 20-page Press-printed Foto Book of her session if she invites
nine gals in addition to herself.
Foto-Parties sessions start at $39.00/per person plus a minimum purchase of $100.
Also available, make-up and hair styling for $90/person.
Images are purchased å la carte after the session, during viewing consultations, and each attendee receives one 8x12 print as a
gift and the same 8x12" as a Web-rez creative digital JPG (includes our Fotos by T logo) to share on facebook and SmartPhones..

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

c. There is an additional per-page charge for optional extra pages that are designed (and purchased) in the Press-printed FotoBooks.
d. Depending on the distance, minimum travel expenses will occur starting at $75.00, for off-site sessions.
e. Web-proofing/online proofing galleries are not available. -
f. All session images are viewed at Studio 2828, by appointment.
g. All images are kept resident in our offices for one month after your viewing, after that time they are archived by a separate company. We are happy to access your photos from the archive servers at any time; an archive-retrieval fee of $75.00 does apply.
h. Art and design charges do apply, and that might include but is not limited to: Extensive retouching to either face or body, removing/editing
special requests such as bruises, tattoos, jewelry, scars, head swaps when requested, eye swaps when requested, the combining of two
sessions into one (importing individuals into sessions they did not sit for), photo restoration, and photo montages and/or photo composites,
the addition of text layers, and custom artwork.
i. High-rez (high resolution) images are available for purchase, starting at $150.00 per 300dpi, 8x12 (2400px by 3600px). High-rez larger than
8x12 can be ordered at a cost of $1.75/sq inch. Multiple images ordered may result in volume discounts. Retouching fees apply as applicable.
j. Session Length/Number of Images Captured/Number of Outfit Changes: Teresa and her staff have endless energy, and will do their best to
accommodate your desire to extend a designated photo shoot. Additional time charges will apply at the rate of $150/hour.
k. The shorter sessions, which are from 10 to 30 minutes, are only offered at Studio2828 as part of special promotional events.
TERMS AND POLICIES
a. Fotos by T is a highly customized, boutique, fotojournalistic graphic arts studio that takes pride in creating unique, beautifulfoto-graphic art pieces and prints or its clients. Your order is processed as a unit, as time and attention is given to the entire project
simultaneously. Orders may take up to eight - ten weeks for processing, and various items will require your sign-off prior
to printing/producing.
b. Proofing is done in-person digitally, on our cinematic.
c. Orders are processed once paid in full.
d. Payments plans are an option, a $30.00 processing fee will apply. Plans are designed around the client's needs.
e. A CD of digital negs, for those who qualify, is only finalized once your order is complete and all images have been
prepared for digital output per the specs designated.
f. If you need your items by a certain date, please notify us when placing your order, rush charges may apply. We do our
best however to accommodate the production schedules desired by our clients, while at the same time, work hard to ensure each
order is handled with care, great skill, a review of the clients’ requests, and with longevity in mind.
g. All Fotos by T sales are final. Our production team begins work on your order almost immediately. Retouching charges of
1.0 to 1.5 hours will apply on any order that is requested be rescinded plus a $75.00 cancellation processing fee. If you are for some reason,
dissatisfied with your final product, Fotos by T will work with you to ensure the dissatisfaction is resolved.
h. Session and Viewing Cancellations fewer than 48 hours notice incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Sessions fewer than 24 hours
notice incur a 50% of session fees (as scheduled) cancellation fee.
i. Fotos by T reserves the right to archive your images, and do we our best to do thoroughly. Archive/Retrieval fees of up to $150.00
apply for orders placed after three months to date of the said foto session. We consider it a gift to work with you on imagery and products
that are indeed, and will always be, so personal to you and your loved ones.
j. California sales tax of 8.75% (as of 2013) is required to be added to all session fees, make-up/hairstyling fees,
graphic design fees, and to all products ordered.
k. Session collections/packages pricing and a la carte pricing/offerings are periodically subject to change. To secure your
session collection, invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
