Fotos by T is a highly customized graphic arts studio that takes pride in creating unique, beautiful foto-graphic art pieces and prints.



  1.       Orders are processed once paid in full. Our production team begins work on your order almost immediately.
  2.       All sales are final.
  3.       Orders may take up to six-eight weeks for processing, and various items will require your sign-off prior to printing/producing.  We do our best to accommodate the production schedules desired by our clients. If you need your items by a certain date, please notify us when placing your order. Rush charges may apply.              
  4.       We allow Payment plans (up to 3) as an option with a $30.00 processing fee. Plans are designed around the client's needs.
  5.       Companion digital negatives (DN's) are included with all orders. All images are sent electronically via with unlimited download. DN images are sent to you once your proof order is complete and all images have been prepared for digital output per designated specs.
  6.       Fotos by T reserves the right to archive your images. An Archive/Retrieval fee is up to $150.00 for the year.



  1.       Proofing is done in-person at our photo studio. It is viewed digitally, on our cinematic screen. Once you have received your retouch proof gallery, you will have ONE revision opportunity.



  1.       Fotos by T includes standard retouching on every image ordered. This includes:  sharpness / color / brightness / cleaning of backgrounds / removing spots / skin blemishes / eye bag / wrinkles reduced / teeth / eyes whitened/ stray hair removal, etc.
  2.       Extensive and additional retouching STARTS at $25 per image. This advanced retouching includes rebuilding/slimming body parts, swapping of heads, fixing clothing malfunctions, changing background elements, removal of wrinkles, adding or removing objects or people to the image, removing braces / lens glare or adding special effects on images and everything else needed.
  3.       Retouching charges of up $200.00 will apply on any order that is requested plus a $100.00 processing fee. If you are dissatisfied with your final product, Fotos by T will work with you to ensure the dissatisfaction is resolved.



  1.       California sales tax of 8.75% (as of Jan. 2017) is required to be added to all session fees, make-up/hairstyling fees, graphic design fees, shipping and to all products ordered.
  2.       Session/package pricing, a la carte print pricing and specials are subject to change. To secure your session, invoices must be paid upon booking. Full payment to reserve hair and makeup artist is required as well.



  1.       Session and Viewing Cancellations fewer than 72 hours notice incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. Sessions fewer than 24 hours notice incur a 50% of session fees (as scheduled) and a $75.00 cancellation fee.



  1.       We accept Checks and prefer this method.
  2.       You can send us a payment to thru Paypal and make sure to check the box : Send money to friends and family.
  3.       We accept Visa and Mastercard however we do have a 2.5% processing fee.
