Approximately one week after your photo shoot, you will come to the studio for your View and Order appointment.

Within 3-6 weeks after your order has been placed, your order will ship direct to the studio. after tackling the fedex driver, we open and inspect the product. 99% of the time we are overjoyed, however “stuff happens” IE damage, incorrect orders, misprints, etc. Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction. Once your order has arrived and is ready for pickup, we will contact you.
