Teresa — affectionately known as "T" — has been enamored with all aspects of art from her first taste of minty glue paste at age five to her first Kodak Instamatic (thanks to babysitting money) at age 13. Experimenting with cameras for nearly four decades, T found her calling in creating luxury and lifestyle portraits for business professionals, teens, seniors, pets and families. Honing her graphic skills and high-end editing techniques (on a Mac of course!), T has become a leader in the photography industry and widely known as the intensely passionate artist we know and love today!

Although highly technical, T is a true artist at heart and has devoted herself to capturing the authentic expression of her subjects. Moved deeply by dance, music, and the intimacies she quietly observes between friends and families, T brings the unique and multi-faceted beauty of each person to life in front of her lens. The resulting photographs never cease to deeply move T's clients as she consistently captures the essence of each individual as well as the image.

Excited to bring the fun and joy of her signature photojournalistic shoots to the community, FOTOS BY T has opened a gorgeous (and super hip!) new brick and mortar studio in San Jose, California. This unique late 19th-century vintage Queen-Anne studio offers more than just a venue to get some photos taken. It is an experience just walking the grounds, soaking in the unique architecture and seeing all of the options and setups we have created to provide the perfect setting for an incredible and authentic photography experience for you, your family, and for high-end business professionals.
